Strictly following the traditional method the grapes are pressed into a sweet must which is then cooked for several hours to obtain a dark sugary reduction. This sweet reduction is then aged at minimum 10 years in wooden barrels resulting in an ALL NATURAL product, with NO preservatives or artificial ingredients, with the most intense flavor and maximum benefits.
