This outstanding flavorful balsamic vinegar takes its name from “Farini Street” in the historical center of Modena, where the tradition of balsamic vinegar manufacturing originated and still takes place after many centuries. Obtained from locally harvested fresh grapes that belong UNIQUELY to the territory of Modena. Strictly following the traditional method the grapes are pressed into a sweet must which is then cooked for several hours to obtain a dark sugary reduction. This sweet reduction is then aged at minimum 8 years in wooden barrels resulting in an ALL NATURAL product, with NO preservatives or artificial ingredients, with the most intense flavor and maximum benefits.
Via Farini YELLOW LABEL characterized by hints of wood, ripe fruit and spices. Delightfully fresh and delicate, with an excellent sweet and sour balance it enhances the flavor of any dish.
Can be used both raw and cooked, for marinating or glazing, in combination with cheeses, salads, red meat and sauces.
