This outstanding flavorful balsamic vinegar takes its name from “Farini Street” in the historical center of Modena, where the tradition of balsamic vinegar manufacturing originated and still takes place after many centuries. Obtained from locally harvested fresh grapes that belong UNIQUELY to the territory of Modena. Strictly following the traditional method the grapes are pressed into a sweet must which is then cooked for several hours to obtain a dark sugary reduction. This sweet reduction is then aged at minimum 12 years in wooden barrels resulting in an ALL NATURAL product, with NO preservatives or artificial ingredients, with the most intense flavor and maximum benefits.
Complex and aromatic, the BLACK LABEL is the thickest Balsamic Vinegar of the Via Farini collection. It is characterized by intense aromas of wood, ripe fruit, spices and vanilla.
With a perfect balance between sweet and sour taste, this Balsamic Vinegar is ideal with fresh pasta, ravioli, risotti, meats, fruit and desserts.
