Love it!! The Fasano Hotel in Lake Garda gave it to us with our check out receipt. Such a good idea. But you had the Organic. So I was glad I could find it state side.
It is so real and weighty that it is easy to make it al dente because it doesn't get soggy. I will check out the other products. Thanks

If you are a serious cook this is the only pasta you will ever use. It has a high level of starch that allows you to create a "cream" for any sauce you make. It is delicious, flavorful and healthier and unlike the pasta we have become used to buying in our local grocery stores. International Loft is the only seller where you can purchase this brand at a reasonable price and is my go-to for Felicetti pasta.
