Fishwife is wonderful. Yum!
I smashed the sardines and added lemon juice/ lemon rind grated fine, added very fine chopped celery , and added mayonnaise. Mixed it all. Toasted toast points, smeared a little mayo on each,added the sardine salad mix.Topped with fine chopped dill and sesame seeds.
I love Fishwife sardines. It’s always so good.
