HIGH QUALITY AND GREAT FLAVOR, FROM ITALIAN VARIETALS: the pure juice of two varietals, Frantoio and Leccino, amongst the most noted fine olives originally from Tuscany, Italy. The vibrant bouquet of the Frantoio blends together with the delicate Leccino to result into a nice fruity aroma with hints of fresh cut grass, bright yellow gold and soft green in color. Bitter in the mouth and pungent in the throat, it is best described as a balanced and fresh olive oil that evokes green tomatoes and almonds.
NATURALLY HIGH POLYPHENOL CONTENT: The olives are picked at optimum ripeness and immediately processed at Colinas de Garzón own mill through a cold pressing technique to bring out the most intense aroma and ensure excellent properties and the maximum health benefits. Our Italian Blend is significantly high in polyphenol and vitamins, with low acidity levels (0.25%), naturally gluten free.
